1. Products & pricing

• All products are imitation/artificial jewellery made of base metals and alloys, not precious metals, unless explicitly stated.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). Prices and offers may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
• Product colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. Handmade products may have minor variations.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud; any amount paid will be fully refunded.

2. Orders & payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (prepaid) or order verification (COD).
• Online payments are processed by PhonePe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card/UPI credentials.
• Cash on Delivery is subject to serviceability and order value limits.

3. Shipping, returns & refunds

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Accounts, communication & consent

By placing an order you consent to receive transactional SMS, WhatsApp and email messages about your order. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent and can be opted out anytime.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — designs, images, text, logos — is the property of Chanda Sakshi Bangles and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the consumer’s rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
