Chanda Sakshi Bangles respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it is protected, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Data we collect
- Order data: name, mobile number, email, shipping address, order details.
- Payment data: processed directly by PhonePe; we receive only a payment reference ID and status — never your card/UPI credentials.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited and cookies for cart persistence, analytics and fraud prevention.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your order, and send transactional updates (SMS/WhatsApp/email).
- To share your name, phone and address with our courier partners (e.g. Shiprocket and its carriers) solely for delivery.
- To handle returns, refunds, customer support and grievance redressal.
- To comply with legal obligations such as GST invoicing and record-keeping.
- For marketing communication only where you have given consent.
Sharing
We never sell your personal data. It is shared only with service providers essential to fulfil your order (payment gateway, logistics, communication providers) and with authorities when required by law.

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep your cart, and optional analytics cookies to improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work.
Retention & security
Order records are retained as required under GST law (currently 6 years). Data is stored on secured servers with access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS).
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to care@sinora.in. We respond within 30 days.
