Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next working day.

Estimated dates are indicative; delays due to courier, weather or festival load are beyond our control. You can check the delivery estimate for your pincode on every product page.
Shipping charges
- FREE shipping on all orders of ₹450 and above.
- Flat ₹49 on orders below ₹450.
- Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹5000.
Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive the courier name and AWB number via SMS/WhatsApp/email. Track anytime at /track using your Order ID and mobile number.
Undelivered / RTO shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the customer was unreachable, or delivery was refused, prepaid orders are refunded after deducting forward and return shipping charges. Repeated COD refusals may lead to COD being disabled for the account.
International shipping
Currently we ship within India only.
